JEC Oxfordshire Region Supports Bedfordshire To Represent The JEC At The Breakfast Club At Gaydon - 6th April

The Jaguar Breakfast Club events held at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, with significant support from the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, are important events for the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club to be well represented at. The Bedfordshire Region ran the impressive JEC presence at April's event with the active support of their good friends the Oxfordshire and Central West Midlands Regions.

There was a good showing of JEC Members' Cars...

At 08:45, when the 12 Members and 10 cars of the Oxfordshire Region arrived at Gaydon, the 'Advanced Guard' of Bedfordshire Region Members were already hard at work in an otherwise essentially empty car lot.

But that car lot soon started to fill, not least with other Bedfordshire Region cars and a contingent from Central West Midlands Region.

By the time that the JEC presence was fully defined, there was an excellent range of Jaguars on show, from Andrew Baines' SS100 to F-Types and F-Paces, by way of E-Types, Mark 2s, XKs, XJRs, XFs and more.

A Good JEC Presence Means Both Cameraderie & Recruitment

As ever, there was a lot of very friendly and health bantry being exchanged, in amongst the consumption of coffee and bacon sarnies.

The testament to a successful event is coming away with some new Members. This is often hard to fully quantify with many JBC event attendees going home suitably enthused and signing up.

But a number of new Members certainly joined at the event itself, not least Mark Tickle who also decided to immediately become an Oxfordshire Region Subscriber, having seen the very active programme put on by the Region each year.
