Ken McConomy - JLR Global PR Director - Car Talk - Reimagine, Type 00 & All That - Banbury - 9th September
The Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club’s Oxfordshire Region is very proud, and grateful, to be able to announce our latest speaker in our popular series of ‘Car Talks’.
As the relationship continues to develop between the JEC and JLR, we are delighted to be welcoming Ken McConomy, the Head of Global PR for JLR. As many of you will know, Ken kindly writes a regular column for the JEC’s magazine Enthusiast. Ken is a true Jaguar man, having served over 30 years with the Company and he is taking time out of his busy schedule, especially at this time, to join us.
He has already done a number of talks for the JEC regions which have met with a great deal of enthusiasm. He will share anecdotes and stories from his career and, as Jaguar gets closer to the launch of Type 00, we also look forward to hearing the latest updates on the car and Jaguar's evolving vision of the future. The evening will conclude with a Q&A session that will be hosted by Peter Leake, old friend of Ken’s and, of course, JEC Chairman.
The Cricket Club has plenty of parking and the Club Bar will be open for refreshments. Attendees are invited to make a donation towards the Region’s 2025 Charity, Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue.
This event is already proving as popular as one would expect. To avoid missing out on this very special evening, you are recommended to book your place early to avoid disappointment as spaces are inevitably limited.
