Description

This Moltex outdoor cover is breathable to avoid condensation which means it can be put on a wet car. The internal fleece lining will also protect your pride and joy from scratches and the material is 99.9% waterproof. UV protection avoids paint fade & deterioration of rubber seals.

The cover itself has a semi-tailored shape for excellent fitting to all models with 10 different sizes available for Jaguar models. It has elasticated ends & two sewn-in straps to ensure a secure fit.

Moltex is formed with an outer fibre layer, a perforated polyurethane layer, a second fibre layer and finished with the unique soft fleece inner layer. The rain is unable to penetrate as the material fibres criss-cross over the perforations, allowing the car to breathe without allowing the surface tension of the water to be broken. Only in heavy dew might you find any moisture under the cover, as the atmosphere is damp. This quickly evaporates as the temperature increases due to the material's excellent breathing characteristics, eliminating sweating and build up of condensation. This in turn helps prevent corrosion and damage to paint.

The Super Soft fleece interior lining provides the ultimate environment for protecting paint from scratches and potential UV damage. Safe to be used all year in most weather conditions*. As with any covering the ability to allow the air to circulate is of prime importance. All covers with a waxy or plastic finish should be avoided as they are unable to breathe and will generate condensation. Some covers have a vent at the top of the front and rear screens, this allows air to circulate in this small area but not over the rest of the car, so we recommend these be avoided.
