News from North Staffordshire Region

I would like to wish all members of the region a Merry Christmas and prosperous, healthy New Year on behalf of the Staffordshire North region committee, please stay safe at all times and try to enjoy it! The region 2021 calendar should be available sometime in December, if you would like one please let me know as soon as possible. Unfortunately the Staffordshire North Region Christmas Dinner-Dance early in January 2021 has had to be cancelled in light of the current virus situation and advice from both the main JEC committee and UK Government. It is possible we may arrange some form of meal in the summertime if conditions permit. Event planning is under way for next year but don’t plan on many events early in the year, Normally you could join us on the third Tuesday of the month in the Bleeding Wolf, Scholar Green or North Stafford hotel in Stoke whilst the Wolf is undergoing modifications at 8:00 however as above, given the current situation we will not be holding any regional meetings until further notice, watch this space, the region web page or Facebook group for news of when we are to recommence. There will be a region AGM in February as normal however it will be a digital one using “Zoom” I will publish a link to the meeting in the February regional news in the club magazine.
