News from North Staffordshire Region
I would like to wish all members of the region a Merry Christmas and prosperous, healthy New Year on behalf of the Staffordshire North region committee. Carol Ingram gave a report about the last few shows we attended in 2019, with a few more to go all agreed we have again had a great year of events. Several members attended the Club AGM on November 2nd at the Ryton Classic Jaguar facility, this is well worth visiting if you get the chance, there are many classic cars both Jaguar and non-Jaguars and Land Rovers in their collection some of which are being restored. We didn’t enter the Star Awards this year but we may well do next time. The region 2020 calendar should be available at the December club night meeting, if you would like one please let me know as soon as possible. I am sure the Staffordshire North Region Christmas Dinner-Dance early in January 2020 will be a great evening, raising much needed funds which, along with the proceeds from the evening raffle go to the Midlands Air Ambulance appeal. Event planning is under way for next year so keep in touch, particularly at the beginning of 2020, to find out where we will be for the seasons car shows. Join us on the third Tuesday of the month in the Bleeding Wolf, Scholar Green at 8:00 to get the latest up to date information.
