JEC South Lincs. - Visit to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

The South Lincs region of the JEC would like to thank club member Dave Andrews for organising a fantastic day out to RAF Coningsby.

The BBMF personnel made us really welcome, and together with perfect weather conditions and characteristically first class organisation, we had a truly memorable day.

We were treated to a fly past from the Spitfire, Dakota and Avro Lancaster, watching each one land and taxi up to the BBMF hanger. The photos (below) tell the full story.

Our chairman Jon Norton formally thanked Squadron Leader Andy Millikin and his team for making us so welcome. We all had an unforgetable day.
