JEC South Lincs. - June 2018. Drive out evening to Heckington Windmill and 8 Sail Brewery.

Tonight we drove out to Heckington Windmill and the "8 Sail Brewery". As if by magic the clouds disappeared and the evening sun came out, so even the drive out was a pleasant adventure throught the Lincolnshire countryside. Jim Bailey and his enthusiastic team treated us to a very informative tour of this rare 8 sail windmill, then Steve from the brewery told us all about the science of brewing award winning beers. Thank you to all involved.

The evening ended with club members sampling some grain, beer, cakes and coffee.

It was a grand evening out.
