Glamis Car Show

It is always such a pleasure to drive down the long driveway of the impressive Glamis Castle. The show as always was highly organised and the large number of cars and visitors were ushered to their areas quickly and efficiently.

The club stand had an impressive array of cars with the stunning XK150 attracting a lot of attention. We welcomed many visitors interested in looking at the wide range of models on display in addition to several friends of Fife & Tayside JEC lured by the reputation of Alistair's bacon rolls!

Members enjoyed the many displays and stalls and purchases ranged from the usual car parts and accessories to the more unusual bargains of strip light bulbs.

A most relaxing day enjoying the sun and good company. Our thanks to Glamis organising committee for their hard work in getting such a large event to run so smoothly.
