As I write this on Halloween we can look back on another successful year for the region and we are formulating our plans for next year. As usual, there will be no January club night as it would be so close to the New Year celebrations, but our normal Sunday lunches have been arranged. Please annotate your diaries for Diss Golf Club 22 January, Clacton Golf Club 19 February, and Felixstowe Golf Club 19 March. One at the top, middle and bottom of the region. We plan to present our charity cheque to the RNLI at Clacton on 19 February, too.
Our own Rickinghall Car Show and Craft Fair is set for 21 May and of course our Dinner Dance will return in November! So only a year to go. A small contingent will be going by car to the NEC show this year, but if the demand is there we will book the coach again for 2023.
We have had some interesting talks this year at our club nights, but if any member knows of an organisation that might like to come along, do have a word with a committee member. Speakers are not that easy to find!
