Our evening dinner with Steve Dunnett in Ipswich went well on 30 November, with several members already asking for a repeat next year. Barring our Christmas Dinner at the Cricketers, that brings 2024 to a close. Next year please note the dates - and add your names to the list - for the Golf Club lunches, which will be Diss on Sunday 19 January, Clacton on 16 February and Felixstowe on 16 March.
Show dates are being looked at for next year and this will commence in April with Drive It Day to Snape Maltings. Further details to follow soon. Our own Rickinghall Show will take place on Sunday 19 May, so please keep that weekend free in your diaries. Let's hope we get our legendary good weather again, too!
By the time you read this we will have handed over our cheque for £2500 to the 2024 charity Enfold, a church based organisation assisting the homeless in Clacton. Our charity for 2025 is Sarcoma UK, and we look forward to working with them next year.
