We are purchasing a new gazebo, slightly larger than the original, which should be delivered soon. The club bookings, private entries, catering stalls and Craft tables are gradually confirming and this will hopefully grow to a decent number again by the Spring. Several people, when replying, have commented on the relaxed atmosphere and setting for the show and we have also had comments on the organisation and marshalling. It evolves slightly year by year, but tweaking it each time hopefully ensures a successful day. One private entrant, who last year came in a very rare Gordon Keeble, has sent in pictures of a Scimitar he will bring this year and it is nice that people look forward to coming.
Hopefully all members have earmarked the day and please let the committee know of your availability so that we can work out rotas for admittance, marshalling and manning the club gazebo. We just hope we get our customary lovely sunny day, and yes, the ice cream van and licenced bar have confirmed!
