The Stonham Barns car show went well, as did our attendance at the Walsham le Willows Open Gardens. A line up of 15 certainly beat the non attendance of the JDC the day before! September will see visits to P and A Woods, Boxted Airfield Museum and Colchester Castle Park car show, bringing the show season to an end. Where did the year go?
We can look forward to the NEC show and our Speakeasy themed Dinner Dance in November. We previously had a full coach to the NEC, but post Covid there are not so many takers and a couple of cars now attend. The Dinner Dance in Felixstowe promises to be a lavish affair, and a large contingent from our neighbours in Thameside will be coming. The band and our singers look great, and as we take over the whole hotel it should be an evening to remember. Please submit your money and menu choices as soon as possible if you have not yet done so!
Our December club night on 4 December will feature our Christmas meal as before, so please register your interest. There may be one or two awards given out, too.
