Cars, Coffee, and Chat : Lochter Activity Centre
Once again, we managed our first Cars, Coffee, and Chat outing of the year in brilliant sunshine, which is not bad for early February in Grampian. 12 folks made it along to the Lochter Activity Centre near Old Meldrum but restricted their activity to drinking coffee and chatting with friends. There were a couple of Jaguars in the car park, but at this time of year we just want folks to come along in whatever vehicle suits there needs. The 2024 Calendar should now be with everyone in the Grampian Region, but a few highlights to mention for your diary are: The Spring Break, which will take place from Sunday the 12th of May and there are still places available if you would like to join us on our 3-day, 2-night break to a luxury hotel in Scotland. The Scottish Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Day on the 29th of June at the Riverside Museum in Glasgow promises to be the biggest Gathering of Jaguar Cars in Scotland in 2024, so if you want to come along, please check our website for the, essential, pre-registration details. The Annual Gathering for Jaguars at Drum Castle on Royal Deeside will be held on Sunday the 28th of July this year and with a small change to the format, we plan to have a Classic Car Festival in conjunction with our friends in the Aberdeen MG Owners Club across the whole weekend, again check the website for more details
