AGM 2017 MINUTES

JEC Derbyshire Region minutes of AGM

Tuesday 11th April 2017

• 39 members in attendance
• Minutes of last AGM approved.
• Current email list stands at around 90 with over half having attended one or more meetings over the last 12 months.
• Average attendances at monthly meetings up slightly at 35 compared to 29 in 2016.
• Events confirmed for 2017 are:-
• Watjag Tuesday 2^nd May
• In addition there will be Bonnets Up/Run Out and a talk by Nigel Thorley
• We discussed additional support for the committee but no one was forthcoming.
• Financial figures were presented by Barrie and approved by the group. Membership fee remains at £1 per head/ per meeting and it was agreed to continue this way.
• Both Barrie and I agreed to continue running the Group and there was thanks from the floor for the work we have done.
• Under AOB Geoff Fox suggested a possible short weekend trip at some time and he would be prepared to look into this and report back.
• With no other business the meeting was closed.
