Scottish Jaguar Enthusiasts Day 2025

100 Pointhouse Place, Glasgow
28th June 2025
£10 per car

Grampian Region of the JEC is pleased to provide you with the advance notice of a major Jaguar Gathering taking place this summer of 2025 at the Riverside Museum in Glasgow (the Transport Museum), on Saturday the 28th of June 2025, definitely a date for your diaries. This will be the second iteration of the revitalised Scottish Jaguar Day, which the Fife and Tayside Region of the JEC previously hosted so successfully at Doune.

This event on the forecourt of the Riverside Museum will be incorporated into the JEC Annual Planning calendar, but if you want to be a part of this grand day out, make a note now and get in touch with your Scotland JEC Ambassador.

For those of you who have not visited the Riverside Museum, it is a fantastic building with a stunning collection of Scotland’s transport history, plus it has a permanently moored Tall Ship, The Glenlee on the River Clyde, immediately adjacent to the Riverside – actually on the quayside of the museum. In addition, the newly opened Partick to Govan pedestrian bridge allows easy access to the attractions on the south side of the River Clyde. Accordingly, there is lots to see and do. Plus, there is a restaurant and café onsite as well. For “the other half” that may wish to experience the retail therapy that Glasgow – the Second City of the Empire - can offer, rather than chat about the fabulous Jaguars on display, there is a regular bus service from the front of the museum to the heart of the city and return.

We are aiming for a minimum of 100 cars on the day, but for anyone who does not want to be a part of the display on the forecourt / esplanade of the museum, but simply wishes to come along and see the cars, there is a huge Pay and Display car park immediately adjacent.

All 4 of the JEC Scottish Regions will be involved in pulling this prestigious event together and we are looking forward to working with the teams from our fellow Regions to make something really special happen “North of the Border”. Pre-registration, which will be required to manage the display cars is now open, so contact Jim Mann, the Scotland Regional Ambassador for the JEC by email at [email protected]

The basic plan will involve a small charge of £10 per car, to raise money for our chosen charity, which in 2025 will once again be Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) for which we raised over £1,500 from the 2024 event.
