The AGM will take place to appoint new East Sussex JEC committee members or re-elect the existing committee members. Currently these are as follows: -

After the formalities there will be a short break before Peter Powderham presents a short resume of the WW1 Commonwealth War Graves Commision. This is regarding a potential ESJEC car trip to France sometime in 2025 to visit the various sites. Peter is extremely knowledgeable about this and manages trips to France each year.
