Cusworth Hall
It gives us great pleasure to invite all Jaguar & Daimler owners to the Doncaster and Districts Summer Event to be held at Cusworth Hall (Cusworth Lane, Doncaster. DN5 7TU ) which is regarded as the jewel in Doncaster's crown.
The event shall be held on Sunday 31st August 2025 from 09.00 until 16.00, all vehicles must be parked by 10.00. The trophy awards and prizes will be handed out at 15.00 after which vehicles may leave.
This will be an all ticket event which will be limited to 60 cars at a cost of £6.00 per car.
Cusworth Hall is one of the finest Grade 1 Listed Georgian Country Houses in South Yorkshire and is described as a jewel in Doncaster’s crown so we feel privileged that we are able to hold this years Doncaster and District JEC Summer Event here , the Council having agreed to our recent request to do so.
It is free to enter the Hall which is a wonderful Social History Museum and it has a very good Tea Room where lunch and drinks can be taken at a cost of course, Also there is a Micro Brewery in the old Brewhouse.
There are two lakes within the grounds to walk around as well as various walking trails and the views from the rear of Hall are very interesting. There is a Children’s playground and the spacious grounds are dog friendly.
The Hall has a long drive up to the front of it and we have been granted permission to park 30 of our Jaguars and Daimler's either side of this elegant drive so it should be an exciting , prestige and photogenic venue.
Tickets can be obtained by sending a stamped self address envelope for your return ticket and your cheque for £6.00 to Doncaster and District JEC, c/o 3 Coppice Close, Bessacarr, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN4 7FU. Please make your cheques payable to DONCASTER & DISTRICT JEC.
Ticket requests must reach us no later than Sunday 17th August 2025. Please enclose your vehicle year, model and registration number with your ticket application to aid judging.
All proceeds from the tombola this year will be in aid of St Johns Hospice, Doncaster.
St John's Hospice in Balby, Doncaster provides palliative and end-of-life care for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. They offer a range of services, including inpatient care, community support, bereavement support, and therapies.
The Doncaster and District regional members look forward to inviting many Jaguar & Daimler owners from all regions to a day of hopefully sunshine, laughter and chat to what is after all an outstanding venue.
