Jaguar wins awards from the Business World
JLR was been named this week as the Most Improved Manufacturer at the Business Car Awards 2021. The expert judging panel was apparently impressed by a greatly expanded range of hybrid and plug-in hybrid offerings and a focus on dedicated Fleet & Business customer support. The pioneering all-electric Jaguar I-PACE continues to be a strong fleet performer and was singled out amongst the Jaguar E-Pace SUV and a range of new Land Rover Commercial vehicles.
Martyn Collins, Business Car Editor, said: “Jaguar Land Rover has improved its fleet business offering to support its growing range of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, including an expanded Fleet & Business Centre network and improved collaboration with RV setters and risk managers. True fleet sales were up almost 30% in the first half of 2021.”
Over the past year, Jaguar Land Rover has enhanced its dedicated support for Fleet & Business customers through the Jaguar Land Rover Business Centre support team and central Customer Experience Centre for Customer Service. Representation of Fleet & Business Centres has increased from 30 to 40 retailers in response to True Fleet demand, supported by comprehensive development of product training, finance and insurance, salary sacrifice and SME marketing activity.
Over 80 Key Accounts have added Jaguar and Land Rover to their policies during the past 12 months, including the NHS, Morgan Sindall, Capita and more.
