If you pay by Direct Debit you will have received a notice from your bank saying that you have set up a new Direct Debit. Dont worry, this is all part of the switch over to the new provider. As we move between the two systems there will be some notifications that will indicate a "New" payment, this is due to the process, so please just excuse the wording and be reassured that everything will carry on as before.
