Essex Thameside Region
We started the day at the services off Junction 28 on A12, where 32 members joined us on a tour of Suffolk, first to Suffolk Sports Cars, where owner Roger Williams agreed to open up the factory special for our visit. From there we travelled on some back roads of Suffolk to Bury St. Edmunds and the Greene King Brewery for a tour, which incorporated a very nice tasting of their beers on such a very hot day (all small tasters of course). Finally, we headed off to Stowmarket to a very nice country pub - The Shepherd & Dog - for lunch/dinner. The weather was wonderful all day which made the day a terrific success. Thank you Drive it Day 2018!

Member Paul Hutchins was enjoying the magic of the NC500 spending 10 days in Scotland. If you wanted to tackle the NC500, this photo will make you book the route, what scenery.
