Nearly 300 strong, the museum’s car collection of interesting and unusual models originates from the Trust’s historic beginnings as British Leyland (BL) Heritage. As well as Jaguar and manufacturers from the past like Austin and Morris the collection also includes Daimler, Land Rover, Morgan and many, many more.
The event is open to the whole Jaguar community and is an enjoyable social occasion from viewing models and discussing our own display of Jaguars to enjoying a nice hot breakfast in the museum’s café.
The British Motor Museum is definitely worth a visit in it’s own right demonstrating the rich history of the British motoring industry, the cars it produced, as well highlighting the individuals who designed and built some of the models.
Discounted admission is available for a single visit, or with gift aid (at no extra cost) a ticket can be purchased that permits twelve months unlimited access to the museum collections, which is ideal for those who attend regularly.

The 'Jaguar Break-fest' meeting is open to the whole Jaguar community, regardless of affinity to a club or organisation. However, as the largest Jaguar club in the UK, the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club is taking a leading role in the promotion and administration of this significant monthly breakfast meet. Our next meeting date is on: Saturday 2nd July 2016. We hope to see you there.

Informal and Friendly
You might also be interested in our regular 'Breakfast at the Cotswold Airport' meet, which was formerly RAF Kemble, near Cirencester. The meeting takes place on the last Saturday of each month and started nearly two years ago.
Vince Franklin, Regional Coordinator at JEC, organises this breakfast meet at Kemble Airfield and he says: "the catalyst behind the meet was having somewhere to drive my Jaguar XJS, stay for a coffee and have a chat with like minded JEC members in a totally informal way."
He adds: "Bringing your Jaguar is not mandatory, but we always enjoy assessing and kicking the tyres of any cars that turn up, all in a good humoured way of course, and we are always more than happy to help with any car related issues that might need solving."
Now well established, the meeting is at a great location in an active airfield, and there's also an English Breakfast with all the trimmings to enjoy. Jaguars, car chat, bacon, eggs — what more could you want on a Saturday morning?
Vince says: "It can get quite busy and for the most part we all turn up by 9.30am, but feel free to join us for a coffee and a chat in the morning, whenever suits — it's very informal. I look forward to seeing you at the next one."

Immerse Yourself in All Things Jaguar
The Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club’s (JEC) aim is to assist enthusiasts, in a friendly and informal manner, to keep their cars on the road with the minimum of cost. And as well as the technical side, there’s a strong focus on the social side of things with events, rallies and meetings throughout the year.
