Jaguar xj8 Supercharged Parts/restoration

1998 Black with very nice interior and black leather steering wheel,car starts and moves ,the car ran fine before accident.
I went into a car on a steep hill around a corner that had stopped or stalled.
Air bags did not go off and would say the impact speed was low but the other car had a towbar.
Approx 125,000 miles , Jaguar service history up to approx 90,000 miles and general garage after that.
