Members and friends are invited to join a relaxed and enjoyable driving weekend in Germany from 15–17 May 2026, based near the Ruhr region and exploring the beautiful countryside of Bergisches Land.
The event has been designed as a friendly gathering for enthusiasts, combining scenic driving, good food and an interesting museum visit. It’s also a great opportunity to spend time with fellow members and enjoy a weekend away.
The Programme
Friday – Arrival
Guests arrive at the hotel during the day, with the group gathering in the evening for dinner together and a chance to catch up.
Saturday – Scenic Drive and Museum Visit
After breakfast, the group will head out for a drive through the picturesque Bergisches Land region, known for its rolling hills, forests and quiet country roads.
Lunch will be at a traditional German farm restaurant and café, which also features a farm shop selling local produce.
In the afternoon, the group will visit the DASA exhibition in Dortmund, an impressive and interactive museum exploring the world of work, technology and industry.
The day will conclude with dinner together in the evening.
Sunday – Departure
After breakfast, guests will depart at their leisure.

- Hotel: €122 per night for a double room (including breakfast)
- Dinner: €45 per person (drinks not included)

The entry fee includes Saturday lunch and admission to the DASA exhibition.

Participants are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer, and this can be arranged directly with the hotel. If you plan to extend your stay, recommendations for sightseeing in the Ruhr region can also be provided.
