JEC Somerset Region Sheppy's Cider Farm Tour & Tastings

Sheppy's Cider are offering us an exclusive tour & tasting session plus breafast and lunch.

This family run cider farm is nestled between Taunton and Wellington in the heart of Somerset. It has been lovingly crafting premium award-winning craft ciders for over 200 years, making it one of the oldest independent cider makers in the world.

They are an award winning House of Cider who, from the farm in Somerset, grow, harvest, press and bottle their own ciders

The tour includes a visit to the orchards, the press house, the vat house and the Sheppy’s rural life museum and culminates with a guided tasting of some of their best loved ciders, including a range of 0.5% - indeed their is more alcohol in one banana than in their 0.5% cider!

Itinerary:

10.00 am - Meet for breakfast baguettes tea / Coffee
11.15 am - Private tour of the orchards, press house vat house and rural life museum finishing with a guided tasting

1.00 pm - Soup and sandwich lunch

3.00 pm - Head for home
