Welcome to Portsmouth

Meetings are at 8pm on the second Monday of each month, all JEC members and partners are welcome. Non JEC members interested in Jaguar cars are especially welcome to come along as guests, and see first hand what we have to offer.

Our venue is The Hampshire Hog, London Road, Near Clanfield, Hampshire, PO8 0QD. (Phone 02392 591083). The location is just off the A3, follow the signpost for Butser Hill view point, and the Pub is just next to a car sales garage on the old London road. The pub has a large car park, and we have a dedicated meeting room to the far right hand end of the bar. Our aim is to make new faces feel as comfortable as the old hands within moments of walking through the door.

Arrive from 7pm and enjoy a reasonably priced meal in the bar area. The food is of an excellent standard and the meeting starts at 8pm

We have started a separate Social Night held two weeks after the main meeting. This is a 'drop in' any time and very informal. We visit local venues in the area, and we chat about anything, not necessarily Jaguars or cars! This has proved popular with the ladies who are not always interested in ‘sprockets and widgets’. Participation at our meetings and events by partners, family and friends is warmly and actively encouraged.

Our annual events calendar is maintained by our Events Co-ordinator. We aim to enjoy at least one regionally organised event each month and collate these events with other JEC and outside happenings from other sources. We have visited museums, factories, historic places, neighbouring regions and car rallies as well as enjoying visits from visiting speakers on varied subjects.
