Another seven Instagram accounts that every Jaguar fan should be following

What do you do with those little gaps in your day? You know, those few minutes spent waiting for a bus or standing in line for a coffee? In the past we'd waste them staring into the abyss, but these days, courtesy of Instagram, we can instantly access some of the world's most incredible automotive content with just the swipe of a finger.

For better or worse, Instagram grants its users a rare insight into worlds they otherwise might not see. Want to know what it's like to drive an XJR-15 on the road? Or to do donuts in the snow behind the wheel of an E-Type Lightweight? Instagram is your friend.

Below we've listed seven of our favourite accounts - if you call yourself a Jaguar fan, you need to be following these accounts!

Jaguarsupercardriver 1

@jaguarsupercardriver

@jaguarsupercardriver owns an XJR-15 and an XJ220, and drives them both regularly on the road. The account details the various exploits in these two iconic cars, giving a rare insight into what it's like to live with vehicles of this caliber.

Jaguar Racing 2

Jaguar are still officially taking to the racetracks of the world, but this time with a factory team entered in the FIA's Formula E championship. The @jaguarracing account records their activities around the world, in what is undoubtedly the future of motor racing.

Callum 1

@iscallum

Jaguar designer Ian Callum needs no introduction here, and Instagram provides a rare opportunity to see what he sees as he works designing the latest cars. Our favourite post is a seemingly grainy shot out the window of his office, as a prototype XE Project 8 happened to drive past.

Don Law 1

@donlawracing

Don Law Racing is almost single-handedly responsible for keeping the flame of the XJ220 alive, providing a supply of parts, servicing and restoration to keep these underrated supercars on the road. @donlawracing details their daily activities as they maintain the XJ220, XJR-15 and compete with a variety of Jaguar Le Mans weapons in historic racing all over Europe.

Tccl 1

@theclassiccarlife

@theclassiccarlife run a small fleet of classics, including a competition prepared E-Type Lightweight. Their account details their actives with the E-Type, and shows just some of the things that happen with a car like this.... like testing a new exhaust by doing donuts in the snow. Makes sense to us.

Bespoke 1

@bespokemotorcars

Australian based Jordan Roddy of Bespoke Motor Cars has a fascinating Instagram feed which is a deep, dark rabbit hole for those interesting in exotic race inspired machinery. Through his business, Jordan has restored not one but two XJR-15s from the ground up, and has recently completed his own personal car - a Prodrive built Aston Martin DBRS9. Detailed photos from all of these restorations, and many more, are littered through his feed. Another car included in his personal collection is the 1985 Bathurst winning TWR built XJS - highly recommended.
