Only getting cold air in the footwell

Hi there. I've started getting, only cold air in the footwell the air temp to the windshield and the side vents varies if you turn the temp control.. I'm only getting used to the car as I bought it recently so haven't quiet figured out how to direct the air to the different vents.it was working fine I think!!! But definitely only cold air in footwell now!!

Hi there - it sounds like the distribution flaps within your air box aren't moving properly

Hi. Yes I think so. Do you have any ideas on how to fix? I tried moving the dialls to all the positions to try to free them up but no luck.. could I add a lubricant into the system is wd40??

I think yours is an '89 from previous posts, which has the Delanair 3 system. Have a look at:
