Do you have a broken cup holder hinge that looks like this? I have developed a fix that replaces the broken hinge area with a hand made more substantial hinge in black plastic with stronger support. The repair is unnoticeable in situ. Photos in my online JEC classified ad show the initial stages of the repair. Send me your armrest lid complete with the broken cup holder and I will return it repaired. Return postage extra or collect.
